About the Client

NotiExpress is the initiative of a lawyer in Argentina who wanted to create a system that allowed him and his colleagues to access case files stored in one place without the need of accessing different platforms from systems from all around the country.  The idea was to gather information from various satellite systems in different provinces, which contained judicial data, and consolidate it into a single application while preserving the confidentiality and security of each user's information.

The situation

In 2020, the client initially reached out to us to develop the front-end of their partially completed solution. However, over time, we ended up taking on the entire product development due to inconsistencies in the services created in the backend of the business, this part was in charge of another company that failed to capture the requirements of the client.

Our solution

In the development of this project, we have embraced an approach based on agile software development techniques. This approach has allowed us to maintain constant communication with the client and monitor the evolution of the product's needs. When a change in a feature, functionality, or requirement arose, our team conducted an analysis that took into account complexity, risks, and timelines, and then provided an estimation for the requested change. Our mindset was always to be open to accept changes, as long as a prior analysis is carried out to ensure the client's satisfaction with the necessity for such a change. Thanks to this, we have been able to provide lawyers in Argentisna with a secure platform where they can access case files without having to waste time navigating through outdated systems.
